I have 2 rooms available now. They are furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Bed linen is also provided. And it is also available to couples. The house has two bathrooms with tub/shower, sink and toilet. So, there is no queuing in the morning. The large kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, dish, cutlery etc.
Living room has two sofas, TV (freeview box), and router for wireless internet, The area offers variety of shops (clothing, music, groceries, hairdresser, gym, DIY, etc.), restaurants, cafes and bars. Public transportation The transport links are very good.
What is included in the rent?
All bills (council tax, gas, water, electicity), TV (freeview box), wireless internet, and cleaning once a week by professional cleaner is included in the rent.
